QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

IERTEC SMART TECHNOLOGIES S.L. provides ‘Design and development of technological products’ services. IERTEC's Integrated Management Policy is based on its commitment to achieving the complete satisfaction of its customers and users, promoting continuous improvement of its processes and optimisation of its resources.

To ensure success, it undertakes to comply with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as any other requirements to which the organisation may subscribe relating to its activities and affecting our operations, and to maintain its Integrated Management System in accordance with the guidelines and requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 quality and ISO 14001:2015 environmental standards. The basic principles underpinning our policy are:

• Disseminating this policy to the public, suppliers, users, customers and subcontractors, seeking to encourage shared responsibility.

• Protecting confidential information and any other private domain, including those of our customers and suppliers.
• Continuous improvement as an attitude that enables us to maintain the desire and commitment to do our work ever better.
• Efficiency as a value that seeks excellence in everyday work, achieving the quality levels required by our customers and providing the attentive service that distinguishes us as businesses.

• Protecting the environment by complying with applicable legal and regulatory requirements and preventing pollution in all our operations.
• Reducing natural resource consumption and minimising waste generated by our activities.

Management undertakes to ensure that this Policy is consistent with, and faithfully reflects, our activities, reviewing it and adapting it to them whenever necessary. This policy defines the framework for establishing and reviewing the objectives of our management system. IERTEC also ensures that these commitments are disseminated, communicated and understood by everyone in our Organisation.
