Colabsoft's new goal: a multifunctional wearable

We have just reached another milestone: updating the firmware of any electronic device equipped with an Atmel microcontroller using Bluetooth Low Energy (BTLE) technology.

We have just reached another milestone: updating the firmware of any electronic device equipped with an Atmel microcontroller using Bluetooth Low Energy (BTLE) technology.

Thanks to this technology, we are setting a new course towards a very ambitious project: a wearable device whose purpose can change according to the firmware loaded into it. The applications of this type of device are innumerable, considering that we are working with devices consuming less than 25 mAh and already have batteries just 0.89 mm thick.

Very soon we will have this wearable in an extremely compact package, with a guaranteed operating time of more than six hours, enabling it to monitor, locate or assist people.
