This edition of the Digital Economy and Telecommunications Meeting will address the impact of digital transformation on Spain's reindustrialisation, as both a reality and an opportunity affecting all public and private sectors. The event will explore the technological landscape and the creation of new cross-sector ecosystems in the short, medium and long term, as well as the effect of these technologies on the lives of citizens, consumers and customers. It will also analyse present and future demand, which will shape new business opportunities for Spain's industrial and digital sector represented by AMETIC.

This meeting is one of the most important events in Spain's digitalisation calendar, bringing together the main players in a sector fundamental to the national and European economies. Over these days, renowned speakers, senior representatives of Spanish and European public bodies, and top executives from leading technology companies will share their thoughts and opinions on the sector's evolution and future trends associated with these technologies.
As in every edition, the meeting is supported by the Universidad Internacional Menéndez Pelayo, and attendance is equivalent to an 18-hour teaching module. Attendees who request it and demonstrate attendance above the required proportion of the total course will be able to obtain a diploma (the figure is unclear in the original).
OBJECTIVES OF THE MEETING
To introduce attendees to the reality of the technological world and its impact on the economy and society through the reflections and opinions of senior representatives of the sector's leading companies, making the Universidad Internacional Menéndez Pelayo an essential meeting place for top executives in the technological and digital world. We will also welcome the highest-level representation from Spanish and European authorities whose responsibilities relate to the sector and the Digital Economy.
We will also continue to recognise the companies that best exemplify digital transformation through the incorporation of our technologies, enabling them to testify to the revolution brought about not merely by adopting technology but by genuinely immersing themselves in the digital world.
